CCIG Celebrates 40 Years!
As we kick off a new year and proudly celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re taking a moment to honor how far we’ve come and to look ahead with excitement. Forty years of partnership, learning, and growth have reinforced a simple truth: progress happens when we evolve the way we think, engage, and share insight.
With that in mind, our quarterly newsletter is now The RISE Report, a publication designed to better reflect the strategic perspective and forward momentum guiding our work.
This evolution aligns with the themes shaping our clients’ world: the need for trusted relationships in an increasingly dynamic market, the power of data to inform long-range decisions, and the sophisticated risk strategies required to drive excellence.
Looking forward to a year of shared progress and possibility,

RELATIONSHIPS
3 Reasons to Choose a Specialized Carrier for Your Auto Insurance
CCIG’s commitment to relationships shows up in how we partner with carriers who prioritize doing right by our clients in every detail of the experience. We believe the most strategic insurance approach starts with strong, trusted connections that make life easier when things go wrong.
INNOVATION
The Power of Predictive Modeling in Reducing Total Cost of Risk
Innovation means creating solutions that solve real problems, not just flashing dashboards at renewal. By developing our own predictive model and continually evolving it across client scenarios, we’re giving middle-market companies access to analytics that drive decisions, reshape strategy, and reduce risk in meaningful ways.
STRATEGY
How CCIG’s Life Sciences Practice Protects Innovation at Every Stage
Life sciences companies thrive when their insurance and risk planning support long-term growth. By anticipating how risks shift at every milestone and shaping coverage around the road ahead, we help innovators protect today’s breakthroughs while positioning them for what’s coming next.
EXCELLENCE
Why a Vendor Outage Could Be Your Most Expensive Risk
The businesses operating at a higher standard understand that their resilience depends on more than their own platforms; it hinges on the stability of every partner in their ecosystem. Find out how we help uncover third-party vulnerabilities early and shape coverage that keeps revenue protected when vendors unexpectedly go offline.
Connection in Action
We’re proud to celebrate the moments that brought our CCIG community together, both inside and outside the office.
Our entrepreneurial culture is built on finding smarter ways to work without losing what makes our teams human. That’s what the Level Up HR podcast episode with our Director of HR, Annie Korenjak, covers. A must-listen that explores how the thoughtful use of AI can strengthen connection, trust, and focus across teams.

We participated in the Chubb Charity Challenge, finishing fourth and donating our winnings to Colorado UpLift. Our team delivered food drive donations to the Action Center, as well as donated toys to the Denver Santa Claus Shop. We also made time to celebrate meaningful internal milestones, including our Campfire meeting and holiday celebrations.
In October, we hosted an in-person OSHA Workshop to help employers prepare before an inspection ever occurs. The session covered what to expect during an inspection, common citation triggers, employer rights, and practical steps to reduce risk, penalties, and reputational exposure.
The key takeaway was clear: organizations with defined inspection protocols and trained teams are far better positioned to avoid costly outcomes.
Ready to take the next step? Register now for our upcoming OSHA Workshop to ensure your organization is inspection-ready.
