Introduction
This edition of The RISE Report reflects the reality that clients are looking for advisors who can bring clarity to complexity and turn insight into smarter action.
Recent reports underscore that trend:
- Commercial Property & Casualty: Overall premiums increased just 0.2% in Q4 2025, signaling softer conditions but continued need for informed decision-making. Two of the most closely watched lines continued to move upward in 2025, with commercial auto up 6.6% and umbrella up 4.7%.
- Employee Benefits: Workforce management is increasingly showing up in benefits strategy, with 22% of employers changing plan design and 15% changing medical carriers or TPAs.
- Private Client Group: According to Chubb, 55% of clients want help identifying coverage gaps, and 53% want guidance to ensure their coverage is truly adequate.
These signals point to the same thread running through this issue: in a more complex environment, stronger data leads to strategic decisions. We continue to lean into that role by serving as data-driven advisors who help clients make informed decisions in a dynamic market.
Insurance Market Insights
RELATIONSHIPS
Why Community Associations Need Specialized Insurance Advisors
Community associations are home to about 75.5 million Americans and represent more than 33% of U.S. housing, yet the relationships that hold these communities together deserve more than a one-size-fits-all insurance policy. We believe the most strategic protection for associations starts with an advisor who understands the unique dynamics of shared living and who will be there when neighbors need it most.
INNOVATION
Roofing Resilience in the Age of Severe Weather
U.S. insurers receive more than 500,000 hail-related property damage claims annually, a number that demands more than traditional thinking. We believe the most forward-looking insurance approach pairs cutting-edge risk solutions with advisors who stay ahead of what severe weather can throw at a roof, so innovation becomes your first line of defense when the storm rolls in.
STRATEGY
AI Is Reshaping the Workforce and Exposing Gaps in Benefits Planning
Within one year, 36% of surveyed companies expect at least 10% of their jobs to be fully automated due to artificial intelligence, a shift that demands more than reactive benefits planning. We believe the most effective strategy anticipates workforce transformation before it arrives, pairing forward-thinking advisors with benefits solutions that are built to evolve alongside the organizations they protect.
EXCELLENCE
The Shifting Insurance Reality for Austin Homeowners
Over the past five years, 79% of Texas respondents said their property insurance costs have increased, a trend that demands more than an ordinary approach to coverage. We believe excellence in insurance means never settling for yesterday's solutions in a market that changes by the day, with advisors who hold themselves to the same high standard as the clients who call Austin home.
