CCIG serves the insurance and risk management needs of early childhood and educational institutions of all kinds, including early learning and child care centers, preschools, daycares, nursery schools, Montessori centers, toddler programs, before and after school care, school-age care centers, private schools, charter schools, for profit and non-profit, etc. CCIG was founded on and supports one of the largest early childhood trade associations in the country, ECEA of Colorado.

CCIG's Relationship with ECEA
CCIG is a founding member and supporter of the ECEA. When you work with CCIG, we provide our expert advice and competitive premiums through our strong connections with the specialized insurance carriers that provide coverage for child care and early education centers. And, at no additional cost to you, CCIG financially supports the ECEA and its mission of education and advocacy for members.
The Early Childhood Education Association (ECEA) provides statewide advocacy and value-added services to its members and exclusively endorses CCIG for insurance. CCIG has maintained a strong presence within the ECEA, holding a seat on the board of directors since the beginning. Maria Aucoin has served as the current CCIG board representative since 2021. CCIG’s role on the board is to advise the ECEA and its membership regarding insurance and the ever-changing insurance industry as relates to commercial child care and early education insurance.
Since our founding in 1985, CCIG has had a dedicated team focused on serving commercial child care and early education programs. We partner with top specialty insurance carriers and have built strong relationships with underwriters, enabling us to deliver customized insurance solutions for our clients. While we primarily serve programs in Colorado and surrounding states, our reach extends nationwide, supporting everything from small independent centers to multi-location childcare providers and national franchises.
